Ingredients For Suji Upma Recipe
- Rawa/Sooji – 2 cup
- Vegetables – Cabbage, Capsicum, Carrot, Beans, Onion, Green Chilly, Coriander leaves,Tomato
- Nuts/Dry Fruits – Peanut, Cashew nut, Dry coconut, Raisins , Makhana
- Curry Leaves – 8-10
- Spices : Salt, black pepper, Haldi
- Lemon Juice – 1 Tablespoon
Method To Make Suji Upma At Home Easily
- 1- Heat Pan/ Kadai , Reduce flame to the sim
- Add Oil/Ghee in kadai Add zeera ,followed by all vegetable , Onion , Green chilli , Curry leaves , Dry fruits and Nuts stir till turns golden brown.
- Add Tomato following with all the spices then mix well.
- Cover pan/kadai with lid and cook for 5-7 min.
- Add Sooji/Rawa into mixture then mix well and roast for another more 5 min.
- Add water 3 cup into mixture and mix continuously while adding water , try to avoid lumps.
- Cover mixture with lid and cook it for 5 min.
- Off the flame and add lemon juice , mix well.
- Your Healthy Rawa upma is ready to eat.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and Serve hot.
